Roomable

Terms of Use

Use Roomable lawfully, keep your source records, and check the information you enter.

Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy of property, tenancy, payment, utility, bond, contact and document information you add. Keep any legally required source records and verify Roomable entries before relying on them.

No legal, accounting or payment service

Roomable is an organisational tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax or financial advice; lodge bonds; collect rent; move money; or send tenant messages automatically. You are responsible for complying with the laws and agreements that apply to your rental arrangements.

Privacy and authorised access

Do not upload information or documents you are not authorised to store or share. Property owners control which Roomable accounts can see a property and should review that access regularly. Read the Roomable Privacy Policy.

Availability and backups

Roomable may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. Maintain the paper, bank or other source records needed for your obligations. Do not use the app as the only copy of a legally important document.

Accounts

Keep your Apple, Google or email account secure. You may delete your Roomable account from inside the app. If you are the only owner of a property, confirming account deletion also permanently deletes that property's Roomable records.
